Experience Through Exposure is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching boys the importance of responsibility and accountability as they mature into men. Our goal is to empower young minds and help them unlock their full potential. Through our programs and mentorship, we strive to create a brighter future for our community and the world.

PROGRAMMING
Our experienced mentors provide programming centered around teaching boys the importance of responsibility and accountability as they mature into men. The guidance and support of our staff help boys develop the skills they need succeed far beyond a classroom.
OPPORTUNITY
The most important aspect of ETE is providing our youth with exposure to resources that they are often excluded from. Through college tours, enrichment camps, and countless other opportunities for youth to excel, our boys will leave the program greater than when they came in.
WHERE OPPORTUNITY MEETS PREPARATION
It has never been that black boys lack the ability, but instead have been denied access to the resources necessary to thrive. Each and every boy that joins ETE will be afforded the opportunity to grow from their failures. Each step taken is a lesson and ultimately, they will each be prepared when the opportunity to succeed presents itself.
